Order Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Rules regarding cancellation vary depending on what type of order you have made.

Events

If you wish to cancel or reschedule provided the applicable event is not due to take place within the next 14 days, you will be entitled to a full refund of the applicable amount via the original method of payment, you may also transfer your booking for another time.

If however the appointment is due to take place within the next 14 days you will not be entitled to a refund or a credit note and may not reschedule.

Gift Cards

You may only cancel a Gift Card within 24 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation - and we can offer you a full refund, unless you have already used it to make a booking. After 24hrs, Gift Cards are non refundable and non-transferable and last for 12 months from the purchase date.
